Part 4:

Patrick & Bo2 (will call the Bo Patrick found Bo2 for now and the one in Salem Bo1):

Bo2 jumps up and says “what the hell are you talking about!? How can I be in Salem AND here! Where is Hope!?” Patrick is obviously freaking out and is trying to wrap his head around all this.

Patrick, “Bo… or whoever you are… look… I have no idea what is going on. But you are a 12 hour flight from Salem so you might as well calm down and talk to me.”

Bo2, “I’m not calming down till I talk to my wife!” He starts toward the phone in the room but Patrick grabs it before he can pick it up. Bo says “Give it to me or you will be very sorry.”

Patrick puts his hands up in a ‘calm down’ non-aggressive way. “Listen, just listen. What good will come of you calling Hope right now. She thinks you are in Salem. If you call her at best you will confuse her, at worse you will scare her, and she’s been through too much lately for me to let you do that. Just sit down and lets figure this out and then will we both call Hope.”

Bo2 looks at Patrick suspiciously, “You know her. Don’t you?” Patrick just stares back. Bo2 asks, “Where is my wife and what is she to you?”

Hope:

We see sitting on a plan looking out the window we hear the flight attendant over the intercom say that they have landed and are taxing to the gate. She then takes out the letter Patrick left her and reads it. We hear Patrick’s voice as she rereads the letter. It says:

“Dear Hope,

You said to me last night that you wanted to see if you and I could have a future together. There is nothing I would love more. I fell for you the first moment I saw you. In a normal everyday town you stood out as if you were nobility. You are a princess with a heart so full of passion and love and generosity and forgiveness I never thought it possible. Only one other time in my life have I felt this way.

But there is one last loose end I need to take care of before I can move on with my life, and hopefully on with a life with you. I would love to take you with me but you have been through too much this past year. I do not want you hurt again. You need a moment of peace. And I can’t stand the thought of you in danger. This is my mess and I need to clean it up alone.

Please wait for me on Morgan Island and I will find you when this is over. And I promise, no secrets. I will tell you everything when I see you again.

Hope looks up from the letter deep in thought. We can tell she is touched deeply by it. We see now passengers standing up and exiting the plane and the movement wakens Hope from her thoughts. Hope folds the letter and looks at it. She then picks up her purse to exit the plan and sees a something in her purse that catches her eye. She takes it out and it is a photo of her and Bo. She looks at it remorsefully with tears in her eyes then says to herself out loud, “I use to look at this and feel overwhelmed with love… now I feel only pain and anger.” She looks at the photo and says to the Bo in the picture, “We had a good thing for a long time. But it is over now and there is no going back. No undoing the damage. It is time I let go and move on.” She lays the photo on the seat and says, “Good by Brady… I genuinely hope you are happy with your new life.”

We next see her stepping off the plan into and she breaths in the air and smiles and says “Now, it is time I start my life… and like it or not Patrick there is something you should know about your ‘princess’… I never avoid danger when someone I care about is involved.” She smiles broadly and exits.

Back inside the plan we see a flight attendant cleaning the seats and she picks up the photo of Bo and Hope off of the seat and puts it in the bag of trash she is collecting.
