Part 8:

 

Bo2 and Patrick:

 

Bo and Patrick are making their way through the market. Patrick warns him “Listen, when we get back to my place… you may be in for a few shocks. Are you sure you’re up for this? I mean you were in almost a catatonic state not but a few hours ago.” Bo assures him he can take anything. Patrick says he isn’t sure he can take this. Bo stops him and wants to know exactly what is waiting for him back at his place. Patrick assures him that he is not a threat, but that a LOT has happened in the past 5 years. Bo tells him to just tell him… now. Patrick says with all sympathy, “I don’t think I’m the right person to do that. You should hear it from someone you know, someone you trust.” And as soon as they turn to continue they realize too late that they have wondered into an ambush and are jumped by 5 men. They struggle and put up a good fight but are both knocked out and loaded into a van.

 

Hope:

 

Hope is pacing the room waiting for Patrick to come back. After awhile she gets to antsy to wait any longer commenting it has been over an hour. She flips open her GPS device and we see it flashing “No Signal.” She says “Now I know something is wrong.” She looks around and sees the piece of paper with the address Patrick said Alex gave him. “Good enough place to start as any.” She says and off she goes.

 

Salem:

 

Bo1 is driving around thinking and obviously upset. We see flashbacks to his conversation with Chelsea, past memories with Hope, Billie, Zack, and then some weird memories that we can only see snips from… we see Patrick but not in a setting we recognize, we then see a quick flash of Alma’s face and then a bright blinding light. Back to reality Bo swerves suddenly to avoid on coming traffic as he had drifted into the wrong lane. He skids off the road and crashes. He is knocked unconscious.

 

His eyes are fluttering and we get a dreamlike scene of what is going on in his subconscious. We see a man at a desk talking to another who we don’t see his face of yet. The man at the desk says, “You understand that this is a long term cover? That your real memory will be blocked from you until the reversal drug is administered? You need to be sure.” The camera pans up to the other man’s face and we see Clancy, Patrick’s old partner. He says “I’m sure… I want nothing more then to forget the past few years.” The image then goes black and we hear a woman scream and a gun shot… we then hear Billie’s voice yelling “Bo! Bo!” Back to reality Bo1 opens his eyes to Billie’s face staring down on him.

 

 

Mimi and Shawn:

 

Mimi and Shawn are watching TV and Shawn notices how distracted Mimi is. He asks her what is on her mind. She hesitates but then says that, “Honestly? Your father is.” Shawn gets upset and asks her why she can’t just let it drop. She tells him about Patrick’s weird phone call to her and how he kept hinting about Bo and when she’d last saw him and then the weird number Bo called from earlier. She said she can’t really explain it but it all seems… just out of place. She is worried.

 

Shawn asks her more about her conversation with Patrick but she says he didn’t say much just seemed curious and a bit confused on the phone. Shawn says “Bo has had it in for you brother since day one. Its kinda weird actually how much he hates him, and for no reason either. But maybe Patrick was just calling to make sure he wasn’t around him and my mom?”

 

Mimi looks like she isn’t sure, she says “Yeah… I guess you are right.”

 

Later on we see Mimi on the computer and looking up the area code for the number Bo2 called from. She then tries to call Patrick’s cell phone and gets his voice mail. She hangs up and thinks for a moment.. she then just shakes her head and says to herself, “Mimi! What is going on in your head? You’re being paranoid about everything now.” She throws the number in the trash and goes off to bed.

 

Patrick and Bo2:

 

Patrick and Bo2 are now sitting on the floor trying to figure out what happened. Patrick asks him if he has any idea who has been holding him all these years? Bo2 says he figure it is Stefano. Patrick says, “No… it can’t be Stefano… or Tony.” Bo asks why and Patrick tells him,  “Because Stefano is dead and Tony’s in jail.”  Bo is stunned and says how they are no strangers to faking deaths and is he sure. Patrick says, “Well… truer words have never been spoken. I’m sure it is possible they are alive but I don’t think we can just assume that this is their work.” Bo says, “But I KNOW Hope… as Gina is the one who grabbed me, and I know that she was working for Stefano.” Patrick says, “I don’t doubt you… but when Stefano died, he left a lot of things half finished, and I remember the other members of the 12  trying to uncover them all and either shut them down and cover them up… you know, damage control to save their own hides… or taking over the projects and twisting them to their own.” Bo finishes his thought, “So what you are saying is that this could be anyone?” Patrick simples say, “Yeah.”  Bo2 asks him how much he knows about the other members of the 12 and who he thinks it could be. Patrick says he honestly doesn’t know. That he doesn’t know the real identities of any of them other then North and DiMera.

 

As the two talk we hear their voices continue but we then see another room where a woman is standing listening to them speak and watching them over a monitor. She in her mid fifties, obviously takes care of herself has dark blonde hair and is professionally dressed. She is the picture of control, power, and beauty. As she is watching them a man comes in who we now recognize as the man Bo1 saw in his dream/memory talking to Clancy. He waits for her to address him. She asks what he wants without taking her eyes off the monitor. He says, “We just got word, the girl is in jail… seems like she’s having second thoughts. You want me to encourage her?” The woman calmly says, “No thank you Mason I’ll take care of it myself.” Mason asks pointing to the monitor, “Have they said anything interesting yet.” The woman shakes her head, “No… old history so far, but interesting none the less.” Mason asks if they should separate them and the woman says, “Absolutely not… I want to see how this plays out and you never know what intel they can give us. I mean how lucky could we be to have Hope’s new man and old love in one place.” She smiles and then gestures that Mason may leave. He nods and says “Very well Ms. L.” and exits.
